In her lactation role, Rae serves clients through an integrative wellness approach to holistic health. She believes in nurturing the entire body, mind and spirit. As a coach, she guides young mothers gracefully to embrace motherhood and all of its challenges so she finds her innate confidence in the new role. Rae has trained at the highest level, taking advanced courses over the past decade in the area of lactation, infant oral structure and functional development. Rachel worked alongside Dr Martin Kaplan, DDS for two years assisting infant oral surgery. She continues to engage in mastermind groups with her colleagues so that they stay current on the best practices and find solutions that will have impact on her clients and their babies. She is a natural empath which is her superpower. She has innate abilities to listen to the newborn and let them tell her what they are looking to express to their parents. She has an innate sense for infants and their needs.
