Jess is the owner of her private practice Equally Expressed, LLC- Lactation Services y Mas where the mission is to be a champion for families during their chest/breastfeeding journey and help them reach their lactation goals, with a strong focus on the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ community.
Jess also works as a hospital IBCLC at Lawrence General Hospital, serves as President for the Massachusetts Breastfeeding Coalition, and head the DRIVE Committee at MBC which focuses on diversity and inclusion in the lactation field.
Jess is passionate about helping families reach their lactation goals- whatever they may look like. She believes that every family deserves the right to make an informed infant feeding decision and be supported in their journey, She also strongly believes that chest/breastfeeding education and support is a basic human right.
