Hi! I'm Christie! I am a Degreed Nutritionist and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I have a background in cardiovascular health and wellness, in patient transplant care, along with years in fitness. I graduated from the UC San Diego Lactation Consultant program earning my clinical hours through UC San Diego as well. It wasn't until my own personal experiences after having my second son that I decided to become an IBCLC. After becoming a mother myself, I realized how much of a void there is in prenatal and postpartum care and education. I feel strongly that mothers and parents need more support in this chapter of life! I am so excited to be supporting parents in their journey by sharing the necessary skills and resources to achieve optimal feeding, growth and bonding for you and your family! The more support I can give you and your baby during this season of life, the more impact you can have doing whatever it is you do best! Besides all of this, I live on the South Shore in MA, have 2 boys and 1 dog. When I am not with you, you can find me at hot yoga or out for a walk, at the beach, in my dahlia garden, or biting off more than I can chew with a home DIY project.
