Studying for the September 2026 IBCLC Exam? Drop in.

The Massachusetts Lactation Consultants Association (MLCA) is hosting free, recurring office hours this summer to support aspiring Massachusetts-based IBCLCs preparing for the September 2026 exam.

Come with a question — any question. These are casual, drop-in sessions where you can:

  • Review study tips and exam-prep strategies

  • Walk through practice questions you're stuck on

  • Ask about clinical scenarios, ethics, or the Detailed Content Outline

  • Connect with peers who are studying alongside you

  • Get a second pair of eyes on the way you're approaching the material

You don't need to register, prepare anything formal, or stay the whole hour. Pop in, get what you need, head back to studying.

How to Join

  1. Click the Google Meet link at your session time.

  2. You'll land in the waiting room — your host will let you in.

  3. Bring a question, a content area to focus on, or just your curiosity. Your office hours IBCLC leader will have resources and question to go over if you don’t have a topic in mind.
